Oscar G. Rojas

 

Oscar is a Co-Founder and Principal at Alto Capital where he is actively involved in acquisitions, dispositions, asset management and capital raising. He began his career at RREEF in San Francisco, the real estate private equity division of Deutsche Bank. At RREEF he led market studies and evaluated multi-million dollar investments across the United States.  Oscar’s residential experience stems from managing his family’s portfolio of 15 properties in and around San Diego, CA. He was intimately involved in all aspects of acquisitions, property management, financing and rehabilitation. Additionally he worked for Beacon Capital Partners in their Boston and Paris, France offices, evaluating sustainable commercial developments.


Oscar is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the National Association of Industrial & Office Properties (NAIOP).  He holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business.

 

 

Edoardo Croce

 

Edo is a Co-Founder and Principal at Alto Capital where he is involved in acquisitions, investor relations and the management of the fund.  He was previously an Associate in acquisitions & development at the Magellan Group, a real estate private equity firm in Los Angeles.  Additionally, Edo worked as a Senior Business Analyst for McKinsey & Company, working on strategy consulting projects across Europe and the Middle East. He advised global corporations on mergers and acquisitions strategy and consulted clients on the turnaround of several business divisions. 


Edo is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).  He holds an M.S. in Industrial Engineering, Suma Cum Laude, from Politecnico Di Torino in Italy and an M.B.A. from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business.

 

 

Eli M. Cohen

 

Eli is a Principal at Alto Capital where he is involved in acquisitions, sourcing debt capital, and asset management.  Most recently, he was a Partner at The Palmer Team, a real estate capital markets firm in Sacramento.  In this capacity, he sourced debt capital for acquisitions, recapitalizations and construction projects, maintaining relationships with banks, insurance companies and specialty finance companies. He also advised real estate investment funds on the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties in the western United States. Earlier in his career, he worked in Real Estate Investment Banking at Citigroup and Finance & Private Sector Development at the World Bank.


Eli is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and holds a California Real Estate License (#1867570). Additionally, he served on the Leadership Board as Head of Mentor Recruitment for StreetWise Partners, a non-profit organization arranging corporate mentorships for low income individuals in Washington, DC. He holds a B.S. in Economics from Trinity College in Hartford and an M.B.A. in Real Estate & Finance from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
